TYPE OF AGITATOR IMPELLER

Agitating is base on the difference between the velocities of the product set in motion by the beam and remaining product. If multiple beam units are located above one another it will be called CROSSBEAM.
operates in principle like beam with same flow pattern. The trapezoidal shape of blades gives a smooth agitating and less shear to product. These agitator blades is very suitable for shear sensitive products and creates less vortex which is important for agitating at a liquid level near to the agitator element.
This agitator element is a special design 3 blades beam agitator. The flow pattern is very similar to propeller. The agitator element suitable for all low shear stress application like yoghurt, incubation, and flocculation.
FOUR PITCHED-BLADES TURBINE
The pitch blades turbine is genetic impeller primarily design. The angle is normally measured form the horizontal with 45 deg angle blades .This type of axial flow creates good top-to-bottom motion in the tank which results in good mixing. It is suitable for laminar as well as turbulent flow ranges. These blades are good for mixing solid suspension, blending, and give high pumping capacity per unit applied torque.
SIX PITCHED-BLADES TURBINE
This type of impeller is also know as “fan type turbine”. The impeller flow is mostly axial and blades angle is 45 degree. It will be used for dissolving or difficult mixing and suitable for high viscosity product.
3 BLADES HIGH EFFICIENCY (VHE-3)
This impeller is specifically designed to produce high pumping capacity at a much lower power level with uniform shear rates across the diameter of impeller .These 3 blades axial flow impeller have a principal direction of discharge which coincides with the axis of impeller rotation .The most application of this impeller used for blending and solid suspension.
4 BLADES HYDROFOIL (VHF-4)
The 4 blades hydrofoil creates an axial flow direction. The VHF-4 used lower power consuming than 4 pitch blades turbine in the same mixing. The greatest benefit is the low torque requirement for given amount of flow. This mean the agitator drive and shaft size can be minimized and the service factor on the drive maximized. VHF-4 is good for used for blending and solid suspension.
